Acceptance of a new Dog for Boarding/Daycare/Grooming/Swimming is subject to assessment at our facility . Romis home reserves full right to deny any of the above services even after successful assessment without assigning any reason whatsoever.
“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
We accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Our delivery location is all places in Dubai through our own Delivery boys
Order placed before 10 AM local time will be delivered same day between 5-9 pm subject to stock availability.
Any delivery below AED 100 will attract a delivery cost of AED 10 .. above AED 100 purchase delivery is free within Dubai
We accept payment in AED only . Payment can be done through Payment Link / Card / Cash .

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 45 days of purchase under following condition:

Romis Home will not be liable for any contamination inside packed food as they directly coming from the original manufacturer

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled otherwise except for the following condition :-

Romis Home can divert that cancelled order to other customers.
Cancellation by Romis Home due to unavoidable circumstances after placement of the other.
In the event Romis Home cancels a pre-paid order , the money will be refunded in full within 21 days of transaction.
