General Terms

– “Romis Home Pet Nursery” operates the website [https://romishome.com] link (https://romishome.com) (hereafter referred to as the “Site”).
– Acceptance of a new dog for Boarding, Daycare, Grooming, Training, or Swimming services is subject to prior assessment at our facility. We reserve the full right to deny any service—before or after assessment—at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
– Our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates, and all transactions and terms shall be governed by UAE local laws.
– We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
– We do not offer services to, nor trade with, OFAC-listed or sanctioned countries.
– Minors under the age of 18 years are not permitted to register or use this website.
– Cardholders should retain a copy of transaction records and all merchant policies.
– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

 Payment Policy

– All payments must be made in AED.
– Accepted payment modes: Payment Link, Card (online/offline), or Cash.
– The price and currency displayed during checkout will be the same on your transaction receipt and will reflect the amount charged to your card.
– Upon successful payment, a confirmation notice will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours.

 Delivery Policy

– We deliver within Dubai only, using our own delivery personnel.
– Orders placed before 10:00 AM (local time) will be delivered on the same day between 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, subject to stock availability.
– A delivery charge of AED 10 applies to orders below AED 100. Orders of AED 100 and above qualify for free delivery within Dubai.

 Cancellation Policy

– No cancellations or refunds are allowed for boarding, daycare, grooming, training, or swimming services once confirmed.
– Product orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless:
1. Romis Home Pet Nursery is able to divert the order to another customer.
2. The order is cancelled by Romis Home Pet Nursery due to unforeseen circumstances.

– In case of cancellation by us, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded within 21 working days.

 Refund Policy

– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 45 working days under the following conditions:
– Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Returns are only accepted if the product packaging is unopened, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.
– Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging, untampered, via registered courier or in person.
– If the above conditions are met, we will either issue a replacement or a refund.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns if products are found to be used or tampered with.
– Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
– For packaged food items, Romis Home Pet Nursery is not responsible for any internal contamination, as products are directly sourced from the original manufacturer.
