Here are answers to your questions

Boarding is when a dog spends the night with us . It can be one night or 2-3 nights or months.
During boarding- The owners get video updates every day.
For longer than 7 nights boarding- Every dog has a check in weight and a feeding chart. Once in every 7 days- the owners get updates on the dog’s weight and feeding chart.
During the dog’s stay - if we see any abnormalities , we inform the parents immediately. And if required- we take the dog for vet visit. We have 24/7 support from 3 renowned vets in Dubai.
Activities during boarding-
For dogs on boarding- their daily routine is the same as daycare dogs. They play , interact with other dogs under continuous supervision, they swim , they learn to respect the pack order- its space and boundaries.
Here they have play time , nap time , feeding time - all calculated carefully to maximize the benefit of their time in school .
More than 2 weeks of boarding the dog gets a free wash before check out.
Dog daycare is like a school for our dogs, where they get all the mental & physical simulations they need in daily life. Regular daycare is excellent to develop their confidence, it teaches them how to deal with separation anxiety. Regular exposure improves mental and physical health.
Daycare is when your dog comes in the morning and spends the whole day with his own size of dogs and goes back home in the evening. While staying here - they play , interact with other dogs under continuous supervision, they swim , they learn to respect the pack order- its space and boundaries. Here they have play time , nap time , feeding time - all calculated carefully to maximize the benefit of their time in school .
Our working hours are 7.30am till 8.30pm seven days a week. During this time period each group of dogs have two times long playtime and two times short playtime. In between they have a nap / rest time. And the dogs who are interested in swimming- they have around 45 minutes of swimming session under supervision of our supervisor to maximize their fun and exercise both.
Daycare is suitable for all dogs. Regular exposure -
  1. Helps the pups to understand the boundaries of other dogs . They develop social skills.
  2. For young/ adult dogs this regular exposure keeps them mentally balanced, happy and relaxed. Even training works best on relaxed dogs. To have a well behaved happy dog- along with their every day walk , this type of routine in attending daycare is extremely helpful.
  3. For older dogs- regular exposure makes them more interested in life. It longer their life span. They stay mentally and physically happy and healthy in their older age.
  4. For dogs with confidence issues- daycare is extremely beneficial. Some dogs open up fast. Some take longer time. But all dogs with the right exposure open up gradually and become more confident and socially better behaved.

We never mix up dogs of different sizes to ensure their safety.
  1. Firstly- all dogs come to us with full vaccination details. Above the yearly vaccination, we have another extra requirement- it's called vacci/ check. Which is an immunity test for the dog to make sure the immunity against parvo/ distemper/ hepatitis is proper. So in Romis Home doggy daycare, Dubai, all our dogs are fully vaccinated and vacci / checked.
  2. Secondly - All our supervisors and handlers are extremely trained and motivated. They have been working as our team for years now. They grew with us as a team- which means they have around 6+ years of experience minimum. And they know all our dogs - their specific characteristics, needs and requirements. Our dogs are always-24/7 supervised by our handlers and supervisors. Every corner of our place is camera monitored. We keep our dog - handlers ratio extremely healthy.
  3. As per the cleaning is concerned- We use F10 as our cleaning and fogging medium. This is 100% safe for pets and approved by vets.
  4. Our every entry and exit is minimum 3 layers gated to make sure the safety of the place 100%.

    5. Our outdoor play area boundary wall is 7.5ft height to make sure no dog can jump out.
    The area where the vans load and off load our dogs - that's a fenced area as well to make sure of the safety .
For registration first we need the dog’s - Vaccinations ( Rabies, DHPpl & KC ) records Vacci/ check- its a blood test to check the immunity of the dog Once we get the records- we schedule an assessment for the dog. During the assessment the owners meet the team and check our place and understand how the day goes here. At the same time we assess the dog to understand his unique characteristics. Every dog is unique and very special to us.
